Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do not provide any refund in case of cancellation of your order. However if a request is placed before the date of workshop, we can offer you credit, which can then be used to purchase access to a new workshop.

How will I be refunded for the orders that were cancelled, and how long will this take?

We do not offer refund but the credits for order cancelled will be reflected in your account in 4-6 working days.

How do I claim credit for services that I purchased from Ashwini Dasgupta Indian Orders?

Send us your order ID and a request to replace, or claim credit for your order. Please provide us the invoice for our records.
